What Makes Our Online Workshops Different?

Our team of consultants have a collective experience of over 60 years working with a diverse range of workplaces in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, with community groups, and with congregations across the denominational spectrum.  We have taught thousands of individuals and routinely use each of the models and ideas that our workshops present in our mediations, coaching, and group facilitations. Our workshops are consistently held in the highest regard.

Our workshops do many of the same things other workshops do – we engage participants, we challenge assumptions, we laugh, we discuss, and we teach new concepts. What makes our workshops different is that we bring a level of depth, insight, and leadership integrity into the workshop that our workshop participants consistently find transforming.

Here is a taste of our workshops

Problems can be solved, conflicts can be resolved, but polarities can only be managed. So how do we manage those polarities?

Conflict, in and of itself, is neutral. It is how we react that will determine its outcome. Learn how to analyze and engage in healthy conflict.

Over the past twenty years, this communication model has evolved into one of the most useful tools that exist for incident-based disputes.

Knowing how you and others communicate when you are in conflict is a critical step in navigating difficult situations.

Our Commitment to You

We commit to loving each person and group with whom we work, exactly as they are. Our commitment to caring deeply for – and yes loving our clients – is central to the work that we do. We seek to listen at all times for the wisdom that each person and each organizational system has to offer. There are reasonable reasons behind each person’s (un)reasonable actions. Lastly, we lead with integrity, humility, grace, and courage. Leaning on our commitment to love and to listen, we show up as real people. We are authentic, we do our level best, we take responsibility for our work (and our mistakes), we are grace filled, and – with humility and strength – we say the things that need to be said.

Striving.  Growing.  Evolving.

We have some exciting things planned for Developing Your Craft and we want you to be the first to know!
